FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR
This position will assist the Fundraising Board Member in coordinating and executing fundraising activities. This person should be comfortable with assisting in writing fundraising letters, contacting businesses to make them aware of sponsorship and fundraising opportunities for our Club, and researching new fundraising opportunities for our Club. This position will also be involved with the planning of the fundraising activities taking place at the Annual Canmore Coho Swim Meet the third weekend in July (attendance would great, but not necessary). This position needs to have availability from April through to the end of July for various fundraising activities. |

SILENT AUCTION LEAD
Working with the Fundraising Board Member, this person will take the lead in planning, communicating to Coho members, and executing the Silent Auction and Raffle at the Annual Canmore Coho Swim Meet the weekend of July 23 & 24, 2010. Some availability is needed during the months of May and June, with the majority of the time commitment in the week of the swim meet (week of July 19th) and attendance at the swim meet is necessary. Silent auction experience is not necessary but would be an asset. |
