REGISTRATION FOR PRE-SEASON PROGRAMS
Program runs on Thursdays from January 21 - March 25 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Swim School
This program is intended for swimmers who are interested in competitive swimming but have not yet achieved the minimum requirement of swimming 1 length (25 m) of the pool with a recognizable stroke. Swimmers must be 6 years of age by May 1, 2010.
Cost is $75.00. Maximum of 10 swimmers.

Pre-Season Training
This program is for returning Coho swimmers to get back into the pool and train with coaching, to prepare for the upcoming season.
Cost is $75.00. Maximum of 28 swimmers.

The Canmore Coho Swim Club trains at the Canmore Recreation Centre, a spacious facility with a four lane 25 metre pool, hot tub, steam room and weight room.
